"The Support personnel were great and wanted to help out where needed. The Management was not so eager to help out."

"Get everything in writing. Although AlarmPoint has a strong product, management within the PS and Support organizations lack leadership and works on the buddy system...."

"Communication between management and employees were minimal. Management was not interested in listening to customer facing employees about processes and procedures set in place"

"Listen to the employees. Get more than one opinion on an issue and allow people to help out each other."
