"Ability to know your projects from start to finish. Work environment is casual yet focused."

"Be yourself, this company is very accepting of who you are and what you can bring to the table. A ton of this jobs requirements are learned on-site and only really expect you to be able to learn efficiently."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"While it saves the hassle to combine your engineers and operators into the same role it doesn't fully allow the engineers to focus on development when the necessity to run constant projects exists. If these were two different roles a lot more engineering would be accomplished."

"I have learned a great deal about the semiconductor process and have enjoyed the relaxed environment."

"Be prepared for multiple interviewers during the interview. I have never experienced this before interviewing with XFAB."
What don't you like about working at X-FAB?
"Location. I don't enjoy being in west Texas and wish to relocate."

"I have enjoyed working with all of the managers. They are very accessible to all workers."
