"I have never worked in an environment where the production administration treated you as you were just a thing to fill a seat. We were constantly being moved around from one section to another, reporting to someone else every 2 to 3 weeks. We were also consistently lied to by the management and forced to work mandatory overtime. We also have very little time between phone calls to complete the required data input to the system, as we were to do that while we had the customer on the phone so as to cram as many calls in as possible. The equipment was old and shoddy and the floor in the building needed to be repaired but the plan was to just move people to another area of the building and not fix the floor."
