"Communication between departments was very rough and made it difficult to properly finish many of my projects."

"The managers are actually quite good, the real problem that I found was that the department directors would often place priorities very differently."

"location. While work could be stressful, you also worked and lived with good friends."

"be prepared to work hard, and to be somewhat isolated in your location, especially if you don't have a vehicle."

"Upper management was either hands off (having no idea how things worked on daily basis) or micromanaging while having no idea of daily basis/flow of work."

"better balance of hours during slow season. better coverage of position, frequently got no dinner break."
