"Communication between departments was very rough and made it difficult to properly finish many of my projects."

"The managers are actually quite good, the real problem that I found was that the department directors would often place priorities very differently."

"Upper management was either hands off (having no idea how things worked on daily basis) or micromanaging while having no idea of daily basis/flow of work."
