The main headquarters is in Miami Florida and the IT and corporate teams are in Parsippany NJ. The company has spun off over the last 2 years and is now called the Wyndham Hotels and Resorts. Wyndham owns over 38 Brands and has been rated number 1 loyalty program for 3 years in a row with 30 million consumers in the program. we focus on all avenues of technology Mobile, Digital, ASW, Cloud."

What don't you like about working at Wyndham Worldwide?

"I did not like the availability to take off whenever you may have needed. I had to be available every day from 7 a.m. - 11 p.m."

"Have one-on-one meetings with team players to figure out where their strengths and weaknesses are."

"It is a full-service hotel and resort company that overall has a clearly defined mission on the hotel side."

"I dislike the lack of larger hotel properties and lack of opportunities due to mostly franchised properties."

"Build the managed hotel portfolio as far as full-service hotels and resorts."

"None, they do a great job at everything. They are very progressive."

"I disliked dropping of Informix and DB2, and this removed any opportunity of becoming permanent."

"Wyndham is a very budget friendly hotel brand. With that being said the resources are not as readily available as it would be for a higher tiered brand such as Marriott. However, they do their best to give you the tools to do your job in the most economical way possible."
