"There is no support from the company to allow you to do your job correctly or quickly. They are not up to date with being compliant with industry rules and regulations. There is a company culture from senior managers that they think they are better than everyone else."

"I do not like the commission based income any longer and the fact that they do not offer benefits either. I am looking for a position that offers the comfort of salary and potential for longer term growth."

"At this time I do not have any suggestions, they are great guys."
