What don't you like about working at W.S. Badcock?

"Location ... Its awesome that they've stayed true to their roots and still operate in the town they were founded, but it is a bit of a hike for me."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Look within to promote prior to hiring from the outside. There is a lot of talent on staff and they know the quarks of the company with the Dealer Network of stores. Outside hires as supervisors have a huge disadvantage and learning curve in this respect."
