"The people on the operations floor are like family. They generally want to do the best they can and when treated respectfully, they will do almost anything for you."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"The only way to succeed in this organization as it is currently structued is to be YES man and not go against the grain. The management staff is not open to doing things differently which in the long run will cripple the company."
What don't you like about working at Wrena?
"The owner keeps your hands tied and the existing mangement staff does not have the necessary skills to grow the company or its people to move the company forward and be sustainable. The management staff does not have strong technical skills for the positions they currently hold. The new Plt Manager is weak in leadership and team building skills."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Hire a management staff that is experienced in providing leadership through mentoring, coaching, and training. The owner should trust the people he hires to run the business."
