"Do your research before working for this company. I recommend watching the movie/reading the book, A Civil Action. Growth opportunities were also very limited. And I did not feel safe working here during the COVID-19 pandemic, when I was going into the office and working in close contact with people."

"Company operated the last 8 years under the protection of chapter 11. Only the best survived annually from the knife. Too many lies and hding the truth. Some major drinkers run the company."

"Get your sales people involved in the annual budgets and operating plans vs. handing them out and saying go get em. Be a little more pro acitve in everyday operations. Less knee jerk."

"Career advancement with out an engineering degree cuts down on several opportunities. Upper level management are all engineering major and there is a short fall in several aspects of business operations as a result of it."
