Worthington Financial Partners Employee

"Where do I start? Culture was very Korean. It's very hierarchical environment. The company was extremely unfair in its employment practices. Simply put: Not getting paid for work, refusing to pay me for work I performed, misclassification of worker status, not getting paid for training hours, denial of employment, no employment contract, no withholding of payroll taxes, possible employment of a undocumented worker, Being told ludicrous things like "You're TOO American!" "It doesn't make sense to pay you" "Why are you taking notes and asking questions?". All happened at this company. When I was eventually paid, I was manager just gave me a personal check and did not include hours I worked in previous months. She said the paycheck was merely a goodwill money that in theory she didn't have to pay me at all that in fact she wanted the check back!"
