"This company gestates a culture of bullies, and they like it that way. It enjoys hiring clueless automatons and yes-men and yes-women to do the paper-pushers jobs, jobs that real personalities should have, people who are leaders and know how to be leaders; but, this company prefers to take the next dollar from customers as the bosses know it's a volatile industry and they need to make every cent count or their livelihoods are at stake. It even allows known thieves whom they have warned to come back and spend money in the store. It allows customers who are known threats to employees to come back and spend money in the store, keeping the employees fearful and agitated and then they wonder why some customers complain about bad customer service. It prefers to bow down to the customers needs and whim and take their money than help the employees be happy and do a better job because they are happy doing it. Most of the employees resent the bosses but stay because they love the game of golf and hang on to the hope that things will get better."
