"I worked for Worldpay from 12/2006-5/2020. While working for Worldpay I learned the importance of building interdepartmental relationships as we all worked for the same company and how our roles individually worked together to provide a great customer experience overall. Management spent a great amount of effort maintaining workflow bridges while introducing new changes as they came along. Learning how to lead in every role taught me accountability and the willingness to grow. Worldpay was a good company to learn from and work for."

"I have worked at WorldPay for the past 3.5 years. We have gone through 3 company changes during my time and I maintain that they were able to keep a solid culture. The office in Denver held around 400 people across several teams."

"There are a lot of helpful people that have been there for a long time. With so many acquisitions happening, many good people have lost their job. I have seen a lot of turnover and contracts terminated without much notice. If you manage to bring value to the team you are assigned to, you will be held on to. I’m fairly secure on the team I’m on. However, as a contractor, I’ve personally seen contracts end at a sudden. So feeling safe and secure in my position as a contractor is something that has left me wanting."

"I find that this company promised many things but did not deliver. The job was decent, but the way they critiqued your work was not. Their main driving tool was NPS, which is an opinion of a client. I know this is a valued asset to companies, but in this company was the main driver for bonuses, which I felt was unfair. I maintained over 97% adherence and 100% QA score, but was still denied bonuses due to upset customers giving poor scores even though you followed company policy."
