"It was my first job where I was the boss and everybody loved me there. My boss moved to Seattle and got a different job and offered me more money, so I followed him up here."

"Just get in there and do your job and you'll fit right in."

What don't you like about working at WorldCom?

"The pay wasn't very much, but everything else I loved there. The people were like family who worked there and I was very sad to leave."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Since I have left the company, it has really gone down hill there. The new employees are just not taking care of the Building and it was the most beautiful building in Colorado Springs. And that's sad. :("
