"They folded under me and made my 401k less valuable."

"Learn to make better acquisition decisions so that stock values don't plummet."

"Diversity and proximity to home/Family. Ability to work at my own pace and environment"

"Research and make sure the position you are applying for is really what you are looking for"

What don't you like about working at WorldCom?

"Upper management support and resources, never seemed to be a good direction for my side of the company"

"Spend some money to make your support staff capable of doing their jobs"

"It was my first job where I was the boss and everybody loved me there. My boss moved to Seattle and got a different job and offered me more money, so I followed him up here."

"Just get in there and do your job and you'll fit right in."

What don't you like about working at WorldCom?

"The pay wasn't very much, but everything else I loved there. The people were like family who worked there and I was very sad to leave."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Since I have left the company, it has really gone down hill there. The new employees are just not taking care of the Building and it was the most beautiful building in Colorado Springs. And that's sad. :("

"The environment that we were exposed to, shaped a future with the company and that made everyone work together to accomplish future goals."

"some one with experience is a bliss, It is also true for the one that works hard and care for the company as well as trained for the position stability is the key."

"the way it was micro managed at the executive level, It made all employeesworried weather if one day we all would end up laid off."

"a company is as good as it's own employees, communication on a company level is very lucrative because everyone knows that they are a part of the whole partnership."
