"Loud, hot, dirty, rotating shifts, and union versus compnay employee environment. Lacking of team environment."

"Try to be a little nicer to the union staff. most of them have been thier thier entire careers, and they are very smart about operating that place. Find a way to demonstrate your confidence and pride in thier abilities."
