"Loud, hot, dirty, rotating shifts, and union versus compnay employee environment. Lacking of team environment."

"Try to be a little nicer to the union staff. most of them have been thier thier entire careers, and they are very smart about operating that place. Find a way to demonstrate your confidence and pride in thier abilities."

"Policies and procedures that were in place need lots of improvement, management constantly said one thing and did another, moral was low and there was high turnover in professional positions as well as upper managment."
