"The company is still young and is experiencing growing pains as any new company does. Communication between manufacturing and engineering is an issue. Engineering managers are too inexperienced. Most engineers are inexperienced. Just all-around lots of inexperienced people. That said, I think the company can be turned around and there will be a lot of opportunities here if it does. They are in a fast-growing segment of the auto industry and are scooping up market share while other OEM’s waste resources on old/outdated technology."
