"CyberDefender is a stressful work environment because it is contantly changing. I feel like there is a lot of undue stress on employees and upper management is more concerned with quantity rather than quality."

"Understand a great deal of the culture of the company to incorporate into your responsibilities."

"There is never a challenge that is hard to overcome, which sometimes makes the job a little easier."

"No tips. everyone has a different level of satisfaction. some people are comfortable being in the same position others are leaders so they want to move up the corporate ladder."

"First real job, Grew to a supervisor position, helped pay for schooling, Good pay, a family-like atmosphere."

"Company should always look for the stable employees, which is really necessary for the growth."

"I did not like when we hire someone, they quit after year or two. I like stable employees environment."
