Word & Brown Insurance Administrators Employee

"Word and Brown is a company that prides itself on taking care of their employees. It's a fun work environment, and I haven't yet seen anybody with a frown (well, except when they're concentrating). You really judge a company by its leadership, and my whole team loves to work with our department head. She's a true leader that inspires loyalty in her subordinates, and from what I've seen in other departments, it's universal throughout the company."

"Great company to work for if you are looking for a friendly and productive environment. A lot of improvements are on the way and there are many activities where you get to interact with people outside of your department. Great place to start if you are straight out of college."
