"Worst experience of my life. Not only did I waste 15 years with this company I also moved to Charlotte to relocate. Upper management and HR don't care about the employees they only wanna protect the higher ups. The charlotte region is the worst. Employee turnover rate is sky high and they chose to not do anything about it. Prepare to have no work life balance and constantly be short staffed. They even stole my incentive that I earned the month before when I left. I've never seen a company ran so horrible its like they have given up. Steer clear and go work for a real bank not one located in Walmart."
"Little work life balance."
"For over 100 years , Eddie Bauer has made apparel, footwear, and gear to inspire and enable people all over the world to live their adventure."
"Love what I do for my customers, but management reviews are necessary. And it's difficult to have decent schedules."
"I have worked for Woodforest for a little over four years. It provides an excellent opportunity for advancement in the banking industry. Although it provides a good forefront for other retail banking positions, it is not recognized and does not provide the training necessary for a traditional bank branch."
"Woodforest National Bank was a interesting place to work."
"Woodforest National Bank provides retail banking services in 17 states nationwide. I have worked for the company for over a year in both a branch and an operational role and have seen positives and negatives to both sides. Branch banking is not the typical calm, collected atmosphere that one would expect from traditional banking experiences."
"Good place to work if you are starting a career. Pay is not very good but benefits are great."
