"I've worked for Merrell since 2011. I came on board with the perception that there was room for advancement and growth. The company has grown but lacks the availability for advancement. They are fairly new to the Outlet Retail industry and have out of date POS equipment. I am very organized and run a very operationally sound store. I am always ready for a corporate visit."
