"Remember, this is the finance industry mixed with an IT company. Compliance and rules are the name of the game. People are serious (as you'd expect them to be). It's a good company with great benefits... It is not a place for someone who is very creative and expects fast career advancement. This is no fault of WK - it's just a big company involved in a serious industry. Make sure it's a good fit for you and your career aspirations."
