"There are many nice, smart people who are very caring and who work hard."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Remember, this is the finance industry mixed with an IT company. Compliance and rules are the name of the game. People are serious (as you'd expect them to be). It's a good company with great benefits... It is not a place for someone who is very creative and expects fast career advancement. This is no fault of WK - it's just a big company involved in a serious industry. Make sure it's a good fit for you and your career aspirations."

What don't you like about working at Wolters Kluwer?

"It's a big company so there's bound to be some bureaucracy. But it wasn't so bad."

"Start investing in hosted solutions and SaaS!"
