"I've worked at Wolfram Research for awhile and the biggest difficulty is having any sort of agency to do your job. Every decision that is supposed to be yours has to go through seemingly dozens of other channels. People from UX and Design somehow have input on marketing campaigns. The CEO believes that he should be involved and micromanages every decision."
