"Organization has the inability to be agile to changes in the times. Operates as businesses did 30 years ago and does not take well to those who want to improve the organization. Senior managers are tenured and are not challenged in their roles. The executives condone mediocrity and keep under qualified individuals in positions, versus challenging them to improve their skills."

"We ended up working twelve hour days Monday through Saturday."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Let there be a little room at the end, We were locked into dates with no regard to weather problems (high winds and rain). If someone gets laid off from one division, look to see if there are other openings in another division."
