"The experience at WJLA was fast paced, creative and kept you on your toes. Producers and the Promotion department always had creative ideas to keep the look fresh and award winning. Times would get rough but when working with other creatives it made the process to conceptualize the work a lot easier. The time there was fun and challenging!"
"Ever since Sinclair acquired the station, workers and managers either left or got laid off. The company does not hire any more workers to replace those who left so you are out-working your paycheck. Managers play favorites and there are many cases of workplace bullying going on. If you're a sales assistant, you have no path of advancing unless you want to sell advertising."
