"Breaks were always late. I was told by a manager that he seeded out all the people of color because he feels they are an obnoxious people. They liked to hire people of Hispanic origin because they were probably illegal and so they wouldn't complain about not having breaks on time."

"Get a new management"

"Make sure they give you all the employee benefit forms before and let you have at least a day to fill out all the paper work before your start date."

"Having the gut feeling that you boss may be an ex-con."

"New employees definitely need a training program that lasts more than 1 hour."

"Worthwhile if you don't care about a life away from work or loyalty from the company."

"If you can put up results in this most difficult environment you can get promoted. In general you will also have your weekends off with some exceptions. Great benefits."

"Make sure you know the sacrifice required for the job you are getting ready to take."

What don't you like about working at WIS International?

"The job demands your life. While I worked mostly M-F I would work 100 hours a week in that time. There was one 3 month period where I was working 7 days a week and worked a minimum of 120 hours a week for that entire period. There is no loyalty from the company and it is even worse since it was merged with Western Inventory."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Promote and hire competent management. Not just good counters that stuck around long enough to be promoted and show some loyalty and concern for your teams."

"The hours were terrible. Management was often not helpful and often seemed to set us up to fail."

"Do more to help your employees succeed."

"This company requires you to travel 100% of the time. You are at a different location every day. So, if you do not like to travel in your job, then this is not the position for you."

"The manager was not a very professional individual and they didn't have any benefits."

"I suggest that management be trained more on professionalism."
