"Minimal supervision. I was able to make my own schedule and work my own hours."

"Bring a pair of gloves and a mouth guard."

What don't you like about working at T-Mobile?

"There wasn't a lot of loyalty to the company. It didn't feel like a team, more like an individual sport. A lot of politics were involved."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Eliminate the drama and pettiness."
