Manager

"I worked for the organization for a few years during which they rapidly grew and the culture thrived. People worked hard, enjoyed their colleagues, had gatherings and developed friendships. The company went out of their way, initially, to support employees and develop a very cool environment. However, in late 2012 the President (whom was the only one to have any real success), the CFO, the VP of Ops and the VP of HR all were separated or resigned for no real apparent reason. 2011 saw the highest # of sales activations and profit in their short history and in 2012, the company was performing to and above goals/budgets. Of course, not a real smart move by the CEO to make all the changes. 2013 was sub par, 2014 sucked too. Several leadership changes, poor management and internal promotions, draining culture, lack of accountability etc. ensued and still abound, yet the org is falling apart. Feel bad for the former colleagues who still work there as almost all of them are trying to leave."
