What don't you like about working at Winter Haven Hospital?
"There is not enough room to explain. Everything that can be wrong with a dental lab is going wrong at this one."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Get out of the dental lab business. Unfortunately, like so many other jobs, the people that actually own or run it, are not the experts that perform the day-to-day management and operations of the job. They don't ask the experts because they only want to know the business end rather than actually what a dental lab's proper function is all about. Doctors included. It's like putting a circus in charge of a nuclear facility."
