"I've had the good fortune of representing online display with Winstar Interactive. The media is site specific, meaning only we represent that inventory as it is not sold on exchanges or in Ad Networks. Since the bulk of our media does not offer behavioral targeting it makes it difficult in today's world to overcome the next guy's ad targeting capabilities to get on the order. Our mobile products are more enhanced but still fall short of other deep targeting offerings out there."
