"I worked for Winplus for 3 months in a temporary position managing Customer Care and purchasing. I worked closely with the VP of Operations. I successfully identified and corrected root causes of disconnects in operations that were causing customer chargebacks, unfavorable fill rates, as well as e-commerce issues affecting major customers such as Walmart, Target, Costco, Auto Zone. Although I took some time off for family issues I am ready and eager to get back to what I do best. I look forward to an opportunity to discuss my skills and achievements further."
