"I’ve worked for Winn Marketing for 1 week. So far, they seem to be a highly motivated group of people. Although they expect you to go out into the field with very, very little training! The expectations that are put upon a recruiter to be extremely successful in the timeframe given is completely unattainable for even the most seasoned Representative! I don’t feel the recruiters are honest with the people they are trying to bring into the company. It’s not financially smart to work for Winn at all! You're not going to be able to sell the one product they are trying to sell at the crazy price point they are selling it at! Plus, they expect you to go into people's homes and do demonstrations for an hour, in each home, this is ridiculous! It shouldn’t take an entire hour to sell 1 product!"
