"I liked working with engineers and I had done some consulting work for them in years past when they had first been sold from GTE. Valor was where my IT career started and I enjoyed working for them."

"Nothing just be your self."
What don't you like about working at Windstream Communications?
"They were losing money....they never really became profitable after GTE sold them and eventually 2/3 of there workforce was let go. They were then sold to windstream as they are today. I still keep in touch with the friends I made there."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Nothing really...had they been profitable I would still be there."
