"Windsor builds a great product and has great growth potential. However the stricter for communication within processes is a little dated and slows down the build process. Structure and process are essential to successful growth and production."

"I do not recommend working here. I have worked here for 3 years and have never received a pay raise nor a promotion after repeatedly asking for both. I have never been a no-show or late to work. I am a very reliable worker and get along with everyone I work with. I get everything done that is asked of me in a timely manner. I have often been told improvements were going to be made but they never have. Sometimes I train the new employees because the managers are too busy or unwilling to train them. I do not get paid for this. This company has unethical work policies and does not properly train their employees. Also, sometimes they do not give their employees deserving breaks, unless you ask for them. Only good thing about working here is the music they play in the store."

"I believe they were short sighted in their approach to corporate accounts. We didn't need to cut back. We needed to continue to grow."

"The direct business continues to grow with competitors. Windsor needs to commit to the direct market and grow it."
