"I've worked for Windsor Foods for almost 25 years. I found Windsor to be a good company to work for with managers at all levels that are forward thinking. The facility I worked in cared very much for their team members and it almost had a family feel. The facility I worked in was one of the best in the company. We were never afraid to take on a challenge and had a management team that had over 100+ years of experience in the industry."
