Window Nation Employee

"This is a great company to work for. There is a family mentality and the company truly does look out for each individual. If you are looking to work for a company that vales you as an individual, not just an employee, this company is for you."

Exterior Design Consultant

"Nice company the problem is new guys are given the left over leads no one wants to run. 1 or 2 window leads hours away. Canvassers are paid just to set leads so the lead quality is poor. They are out to get a pay check. It’s understandable but it effects the sales team as well as the entire company. Also commissions are very poor because of the lack of control of pricing."

What do you like about working at Window Nation?

"If they really did all of the things that were promised when I was hired, it would have been great."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Find something else that is not in home sales, it is not hard to get hired if you wanted to work there"

What don't you like about working at Window Nation?

"High pressure put on the salesman which is then put on the customer. The whole sales process is very deceptive. The appointments that you are sent on are very low quality, one call close means you have to sell them right then to get paid, you use your own car and dont get enough appointments to make the bonus money. The health insurance is the same price you would pay on the open market, the pay is 100% commission."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Be honest with your employees and give honest pricing to your customers."
