"Work every holiday, very hard to get days off. Cannot call in sick when needed there is no one to cover. Lots of hours (many times 70+ in a week.) Benefits very expensive with poor coverage (no company contribution)."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"The work atmosphere is good but benefits could be greatly improved and equipment could be better maintained(trucks, machinery, etc.)"
