"The organization is going through a tough transition where the whole entire upper administration team has quit once the CEO was let go. There is a new group trying to help the hospital grow. Unfortunately the inexperienced management team has created empty promises to their employees, downsizing positions while adding more work load to the already over worked hospital staff. It is truly heartbreaking to watch a once thriving Hospital begin to be compromised by the new team who has been set up to fail. This hospital has incredible potential if the right team was leading it."
