"I have worked for Willi's ski shop for over 7 seasons. The people I have worked with have been overall great. I enjoy working with people on a day to day basis and not being stuck in a repetitive rut. I think that the pay could definitely be improved and it is a little problematic that there is only seasonal work available as well as not much room for advancement in the company."
