"I worked at Williams Lea, Inc. since 2018, is a continuation of a position I held at Morrison & Foerster, LLP since 2016. In this time, I found that the working environment allowed me to thrive as an individual, while simultaneously fostering a deep sense of camaraderie with my teammates. With dozens of locations nationwide and staff size in the thousands, Williams Lea brought out my best and made sure to make me feel valued."

"I worked at Williams Lea for 90 days. From the start there were management issues that prevented developers from delivering efficiently. Project managers were asking me questions I needed answers from them to do work, many were new and knew little of the medical and legal ramifications of their role. Processes were not set often, and those that were set were ignored by most. Expectations changed regularly so client was unhappy. Very stressful environment, many co-workers were stressed to the point of audible exasperation daily. Pay is average for work done but many other requirements of the job such as medical, legal, and security knowledge should be paid at a higher rate. Much of that knowledge and quality control falls on developers. People who seemed most likely to cause stress in the workflow processes were promoted, others with solutions were listened to and ignored. I usually love my job and everything about it, not here though. Many co-workers agreed. Very high turnover rate."

"I intended to give a two-week's notice before my departure but found myself leaving without much more than a formal, unplanned resignation. I'm happy to relay my sentiments here and would also like to note that this 'review' will find itself posted on public job review sites to better help future potential employees have a thorough understanding of what working for Williams Lea Tag is like. It is as follows: I could not and would not subject any self-respecting individual to being employed for a company with such poor regard for basic, fundamental morality in the workplace. During my time with WLT, I have either witnessed or have personally experienced racism, sexism, physical harassment, verbal harassment, stalking, death threats and a general air of absolute hypocrisy from management (both on-site and above) that no company should condone. It is hilarious in only the most sardonic ways that a manager--one who has little regard for anything remotely related to professionalism--can repeatedly allow situations such as drinking on the job, blatant displays of aggression (both to/at property and fellow employees), and sexual/derogatory remarks to occur and yet believe himself fully justified in cherry picking which employees will be held accountable for minor infractions such as cell phone usage, arriving late due to city commute, and the personal use of work computers while also himself being guilty of each. There is further hilarity in the fact that management and HR will resort to covering their own hides after putting their employees in danger and resort to backhanded punishment in order to place the fault of these dangers on the employees themselves rather than their own lamentable lack of judgment. So, no, I would not consider working for WLT again. I would never recommend this company to a friend. I would never recommend this company to an enemy. Before taking the job, I saw many disparaging reviews for the company and more specifically management."

"Williams Lea and Tag are companies of DHL Group. In Brazil, the company is not big and because of that, they have some problems of structure; however, the company is really honest and treats employees and clients with ethics."
