"I don't enjoy that there is no raises available and that my ideas or request go by without much of any consideration by upper management. Plus upper management hire on their personal friends and their friends wifes."

"Listen more to the general work force, which actually work the floor everyday and establish a better raise scale to keep the great employees you have instead of the high turn around you are currently experiencing."
