"The territory I had as a representative at CitI was full of great network contacts. I had to look at brokers files and grade them for a price we would pay for that loan."

"My pay depended upon actually getting the file in from the broker. I am seeking a position where I am directly responsible for my income."

"I was liad off and my manager was also."

"It is a good job, with decent benefits package, but no security."

"There is not enough training. The field is rapidly changing due to a lot of new legislation. We are informed but have to work hard to extract enough information to excel."
