"It is a well-established company that has a footprint from coast to coast. The branches all have individual managing offices with full staff and GM. The corporate offices are in Indiana. It is a local company with good benefits but is stuck in old set ways that aren't translating well to the modern marketplaces including job seekers. Whitley is worth joining but be prepared for stretches of nondecisons which can be frustrating and defeating. You will never be in lay-off mode as it stays busy most of the year."
