"Mostly just the people you worked with, knew some friends made some too. Ludington is a small town and Whitehall Ind Inc is probably the best factory to work at there in terms of pay and working conditions."

"The WORK lol. If you work on the floor the job is kinda sucky but not the worst. Other jobs like tool room or some type of administrative are better."
