"I have been at the company since 2015, in that time I have seen every plant manager in the Ohio plants leave the company entirely. The new management style has ruined the company moral and now we are left with cut throat leaders who do not care about you as a person. They no longer offer above average pay. Salaried employees are given tasks and expected to finish them even if that means working 80 hours a week. Work life balance does not exist any longer."

"I have worked for some great companies, but Stryker is one of the best. I have worked for them for over a year and can say the culture is still what the original owner instilled in the company's core values. You can see it through and through."
