"Good company overall, some immaturity in the senior management team."
"Horizontal movement, may change jobs but pay will be the same. Good people to work with. Moving up is tough. You either have to be part of the monarchy or do some serious brown nosing. There will be a new president for the first time since Whelen started, soon; may change the future of the company for better or for worse. Office has a serious superiority complex and treat floor workers like dirt. Walk through the office and see them doing very little more often than not. Overall this is a dead end job. You can make a living out of it, and get a decent bonus every year."
