"Be concerned with what you can bring to the company more than what the company can do for you. I think a lot of canidates expect too much too fast. You need to learn how to do the job they have before they move on.Experience is like building blocks."
What don't you like about working at Whayne Supply?
"First and foremost, Whayne is a Cat Dealer and heavy equipment sales and service come first. Lubricants have grown and will continue to grow. However, the challenge of growing this business has past. I have trained a replacement for when I leave the company in the future."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Whayne has the same problem as many established companies today. We have to learn how to use new technology and grow our business in this environment. Technology is moving faster than most of us can learn it today. We have to stay ahead of it and constantly look for new way to do our business."
