What do you like about working at Weyerhaeuser?

"It was a well known and very large and an important company back in it's day. It offered me the change to settle down and plan to work for an employer for a long time."

What don't you like about working at Weyerhaeuser?

"How the economy has forced many changes in a short amount of time for this large company, and of course, the trickle down effect it has had on our divison and work force. There are also many levels of management and it, at times, is hard to get answers to your questions. The pay scale is also lacking. No raises in last 4 years, layoffs, decreases in benefits, and a cultural change."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Continue to thin it out as this company has been know for in the past. Give local branches more opportunity to participate in company-wide changes."
