Wetpaint Entertainment Employee

"Wetpaint used to be a fantastic place to work. There was a very close knit team and great culture. The leadership team was frank and always helpful. Wetpaint was bought out in December 2013 and everything changed. The leadership of Wetpaint was let go and many of the fun things that made Wetpaint went with them. There is now a feeling of hostility, apathy, and mismanagement everywhere. The Seattle office has tried to hold onto the culture that was, but it has disappeared. There are still great people here, but the company is suffering from the parent company and its politics and red tape."
